Complaints, Comments and Feedback
RGU: Nightline commits to providing a high-quality service, and it is important to identify patterns where things go wrong so we can make changes accordingly.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with our service or have anything you would like to tell us, please fill in our Complaint feedback form. You can send the form to our anonymous listening service at [email protected], or send it to our RGU: Nightline coordinator email (not anonymous) at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond within 10 working days.
